Aircell 7 Coax Cable 50 Ohm up to 6 GHz

Aircell 7 is a highly flexible coaxial cable for the frequency range up to 6 GHz. 

The very low relative to the diameter attenuation and the small bending radius of the cable make use for many applications in high frequency technology interesting and recommended.  

The relatively low attenuation of Aircell 7 is achieved by a low-loss PE-Compound dielectric with a gas proportion of more than 70%. The material is also resistant to moisture. 

The inner conductor, a 19-wire strand made of low-oxygen copper, allows the extraordinary flexibility of the cable.  

To achieve a good shielding effectiveness of the outer conductor of Aircell 7 is carried out in two layers. On a thin, overlapping copper foil a copper shield is applied with a coverage of 70%. 

The foil is on the inside of PE-coated and thereby protected from cracking at too small bending radius. 

The black PVC outer sheath of AIRCELL®7 is UV stabilized.

Aircell 7 is a modern coaxial cable for many applications in communications technology.

For weight reasons, a maximum of 375 meters of Aircell 7 in one length can be shipped per package via parcel services.

Up to 1010 meters of this cable, with a length tolerance of +/- 3%, can be delivered on a drum by our freight carrier.

Aircell 7 on Drum

Aircell 7 in manufacturer lengths of 102 meters, 202 meters, 505 meters, and of course 1010 meters on an industrial wooden drum is slightly cheaper than cutting to a custom length. Please contact us.
